What A.M.B.A. is — and isn't

In short — a thinking partner that learns your business and helps you reason about it. It gives you things to consider; it doesn't make decisions for you.

A.M.B.A. helps you think — it pressure-tests decisions, remembers what you'd forgotten, and reasons from what it knows about your business. It does not run your business, take actions on your behalf, or provide regulated financial, legal, tax or professional advice. Its responses are for your consideration, and the decisions you make remain yours. For regulated matters, please consult a qualified professional.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@asistu.ai if you think someone else has access. You must be 18 or over and using A.M.B.A. in a business capacity.

Your content is yours

In short — everything you share stays yours. We just need permission to process it so A.M.B.A. can work.

You keep all rights to what you tell A.M.B.A. and the files you add. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process that content to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.

Fair use

Please don't misuse A.M.B.A. — no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, no using it to build a competing model, and no uploading other people's personal or confidential data without a proper basis. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk.

Early access

A.M.B.A. is currently in early access and provided free of charge while we're in beta. Features may change and occasional interruptions are possible. If and when paid plans arrive, nothing will change for you without you choosing it.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep A.M.B.A. available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every response will be correct. To the extent the law allows, Asistu Ltd isn't liable for losses arising from decisions you make in reliance on A.M.B.A. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Account — it takes effect immediately. We may end or suspend access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes fall to its courts.

Changes
