Is my business information safe?+
It's stored in the UK, encrypted in transit and at rest, and locked to your account — the system is built so no other user can ever see it, and every conversation is protected by a one-time key that only your own login can create. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy, in plain English.
Can the Asistu team read what I share?+
We've designed it so we don't and won't: there are no admin screens into anyone's data, access is limited to supporting you at your request, and our Privacy Policy contractually commits us to using your data for one purpose only — being useful to you. Your information is never used for our consulting work, never analysed for leads, never sold.
Will my data be used to train AI?+
No. The AI providers behind A.M.B.A. are contractually barred from training on your content, and voice recordings aren't retained — only your written transcript is kept, visible to you alone.
What does it cost?+
£49 a month. Cancel anytime from Settings and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. New members who find it isn't right for them get a full refund within the first 14 days — just say so.
How much time does it take?+
Conversations are about twelve minutes. The first few teach it your business; after that, most people settle into one proper session a week plus the odd 'help me think about this' moment. A.M.B.A. prepares the agenda, so you never have to arrive with something to say.
What if I go quiet for a while?+
Nothing bad. It picks up exactly where you left off — it never forgets. At most you'll get an occasional short note about something specific you were working through, and you can switch those off.
Can I get everything out if I leave?+
Yes — one click exports everything A.M.B.A. knows about your business as a clean file you can use anywhere, including with other AI tools. Deleting your account wipes everything we hold, immediately and permanently.
